Supporter and friend of the club, Angus Craig, has kindly purchased two Season Tickets for the 2024/25 Sports Direct Premiership campaign which will be used by the club to donate throughout the season.
Born and raised in Scotland, Angus has been a close friend of Kenny Bruce MBE for many years and, through that friendship, has developed a love for the club and the community. Angus regularly follows all of the games from home in Scotland while frequently making trips across to Inver Park throughout the season.
With the current financial hardship that everyone has been feeling recently throughout the whole of the UK, Angus saw an opportunity to give a small part back to the community that he has grown to love here in Larne by purchasing and donating the two Season Tickets.
Throughout the campaign, the Season Tickets that have been donated will be made available to anyone who would love to support the club and attend games at Inver Park but may be unable to do so for financial or any other reasons.
The Season Tickets will also be used for various community initiatives throughout the season as part of our Community Engagement Programme, allowing those who have potentially never been to Inver Park before to experience it for the first time and to give those that don’t get the opportunity to go often, an opportunity to be there in the stands.
Speaking on what made him decide to make the donation, Angus said:
“I have loved coming across to watch games at Inver Park, I am always made to feel welcome from the first moment I step foot in the stadium.
“I feel that a matchday at Inver Park is a great experience for anyone to enjoy, whether your young or old or even if you aren’t the biggest football fan!
“That’s why I wanted to buy these Season Tickets and donate them to the club, I want everyone within the Larne community to experience that matchday atmosphere and buzz, no matter what their circumstances are at that time.
“Living in Scotland, I see it as my way of giving back to the club that has brought me so much joy over the past few years.”
