DYLAN Sloan’s stunning goal 14 minutes from time gave Larne all three points in Tuesday’s encounter at home to Bangor.
Just when it looked like being a frustrating night for the Invermen against a resolute Seasiders, midfielder Sloan cut in from the left to arrow a superb effort from the top left corner of the Bangor goal.
It was enough to maintain Gary Haveron’s men’s good start to the season, with seven points from a possible nine to start the new domestic campaign.
