MATT Ridley popped up with a late header to earn all three points at home to Glenavon on Saturday.
It was shaping up to be a frustrating day for the Invermen, which included Jacob Carney making an impressive penalty save from Mark Randall in the first half.
However, the home side continued to press for the winner and were rewarded nine minutes from time when August’s Player of the Month Ridley rose highest to nod in Sean Graham’s corner, to make it four Premiership wins in a row.
