It would be easy to forget that this is just Aaron Donnelly’s second season with Larne. A consistent performer in last season’s title-winning squad following his move from Cliftonville and is Tiernan Lynch’s ‘Mr. Versatile’. Capable of playing in the centre of defence, in a back three or in midfield, he is not only competent in these positions, he excels.
He was a fan favourite at Solitude and has already developed that reputation on the terraces at Inver Park.
