Jun 25, 2024 | All News, First Team

The fixtures for the upcoming 2024/25 Sports Direct Premiership campaign have been released.

The Inver Reds made it back-to-back title wins back in April where a 5-0 victory over Coleraine on the final day at Inver Park confirmed that the Gibson Cup would return to Inver Park.  For the 2024/25 campaign, the Invermen will start the defence of their Gibson Cup at home to Loughgall on the weekend of Saturday 10th August.

After the opening game, Tiernan Lynch’s side will face trips to Crusaders, Carrick Rangers and Coleraine alongside taking on Portadown at Inver Park during the first five games of the new campaign.

Over the festive period, the Inver Reds will take on local rivals Carrick Rangers on Boxing Day at Inver Park before travelling to Windsor Park to take on Linfield just four days later on Monday 30th December before the New Year.

In the last game before the split, Tiernan Lynch’s side will travel to Mourneview Park to take on Glenavon on Saturday 22nd March.
