O’Connor nets Mourneview winner

LARNE moved into second place in the Premiership table on Saturday thanks to Tiarnan O’Connor’s late winner at Mounreview Park.

O’Connor came off the bench to finish good work from Paul O’Neill with 16 minutes remaining on a wet and windy afternoon in Mid Ulster.

It was the Invermen’s final game ahead of the split, with league action for the final five fixtures due to resume on Tuesday 1st April.
