Larne FC Women can announce that William Noble has stepped down from his role after two decades of outstanding service, alongside Donald Malomo-Paris who also departs his role as first team manager.
William has been an integral part of the club’s journey, dedicating 20 years to building and shaping the women’s side.
Under William’s guidance, the women’s side of the club grew from humble beginnings into a Premiership side. Playing an ever-present role at the club from coach, manager and head of recruitment, his work within the club cannot be understated.
Reflecting on William’s contributions, Women’s Football Director Andrew Scullion said:
“It’s very difficult to do justice to William’s contribution to the club in a few words. He built and ran the team long before women’s football has the attention it commands now.  He has been a key part of our recent successes and William can look back on it all with a lot of pride. We will do our very best to continue that good work into the future.”
Now that William steps away from his role, the club is grateful for the foundation he has laid and the standards he has set. His contributions will be remembered and appreciated for many years to come.
As we welcome a new coaching team to Inver Park, we want to thank Donald Malomo-Paris for his work as first team manager over the past two seasons. His work off and on the pitch showed his professionalism and dedication to the Inver Reds.
Looking back on his efforts, Andrew Scullion said this:
“Donald led us in our first season in the Premiership so he will always be an important part of our club’s history. We thank him for all his passion and dedication to the role and wish him the very best for the future.”
The club will soon be announcing a new Head Coach as they look toward a third consecutive season in the top-flight.
