WE are delighted to announce that the work to refurbish the new Sports Bar at Inver Park has been completed in time for this Saturday’s game at home to Warrenpoint Town.

There was an ambitious plan put in place to have the new Sports Bar ready for our return to the Danske Bank Premiership, and we are delighted to announce that it will open its doors tomorrow.

To achieve something like this we have many people to thank for their invaluable contribution. The design work was carried out by DA Architects and Wayne Martin Design with Lehding Services Design Limited responsible for the services installations.

The management of the works was carried out by Skyline Contracts Limited who took the many challenges within their stride. They have proven to be a well organised and professional contractor, who have been a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process and have delivered an excellent finished project.

We would also like to thank all the sub contractors and suppliers for their efforts and the professional manner that they showed when working on the project. These include the electrical installation being carried out by JB Security Solutions Limited and Spencer Allen. Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems were by NI Environmental Limited and Markram Plumbing and Heating Ltd carried out the plumbing installations. Suspended ceilings and dry-lining works were carried out by J. Buchanan Suspended Ceilings

Windows and doors were manufactured and installed by Elite Windows and Doors. The centre piece of the works, the bar, was carried out by Lennon Bar Installers and we are sure you will agree it is a fantastic job. The flooring was installed by Prestige Flooring and Bathrooms. Painting and decorating works were carried out by A1 Decor. RJ Window Cleaning and Cleaning Services. The new boardroom coffee preparation area was designed and installed by Penny’s Kitchens and Bathrooms. Toilet accessories were supplied by Brennan Hygiene Limited

Finally. all trades and labour involved with the entire project who worked over the July holidays to ensure we achieved our goal.

As a club, we would also like to take this opportunity to say another sincere thanks to Caterpillar(NI) Limited who have stepped up to assist us with a temporary generator. This is necessary until the NIE have completed their nearby transformer upgrades.

We are confident this will enhance the matchday experience at Inver Park even further. So, come along and enjoy the new facility at your disposal, starting ahead of tomorrow’s historic day for the club.
