An early goal from the hosts saw Larne lose narrowly in Helsinki on their Champions League debut on Wednesday night.

Bojan Radulovic struck the only game from the penalty spot after three minutes to give HJK a one-goal advantage heading into next Wednesday’s second leg at Solitude.

Larne fought back bravely in the second half and went close on a number of occasions as they sought to earn a share of the spoils.
