McDaid is on the spot to end long wait for Solitude win

A brace of Davy McDaid penalties, either side of half-time was enough to see Larne leave Solitude with a league win for the first time since 1993.

The Invermen were good value for their victory, which keeps them in fourth place in the table, closing the gap on the top three in the process.
