The Opposition
Kilmarnock finished last season strongly but narrowly missed out on survival in the topflight in Scotland. The Scottish Championship will still provide a stern test to Tiernan Lynch’s men as they embark on their campaign of going straight back into the Scottish Premiership.
The Inver Reds
The Invermen recently played Coleraine in a pre-season friendly at Inver Park, another tough game for the Inver Reds as they suffered a 2-1 defeat however the game provided a real chance to see some of the new signings in action.
