MATCH PREVIEW
Taking a 1-0 lead into the second leg, the Inver Reds will remain as underdogs in the tie against the reigning Kosovan champions.
Ballkani returned to winning ways at the weekend in their league opener, scoring a 2-0 victory over Dukagjini thanks to brace from Brazilian midfielder Queven.
The big question at hand for Tiernan Lynch is who will join the attack for the second leg following Lee Bonis’ move to ADO Den Haag this week. Matty Lusty has been in excellent form during pre-season and scored the winner in the first leg, so could be in the lead position to replace Bonis.
Forward Paul O’Neill also enjoyed a strong campaign last season and also possesses the goalscoring qualities to make the difference, while Conor McKendry’s trickery could provide a different dimension to the Larne attack if selected to replace Bonis.
Shaun Want made his routine to competitive action last week following more than 250 days on the sideline in a welcomed boost to The Gaffer’s options and could be in line for more minutes tomorrow.
