Live games selected for BBC streaming & TV coverage

Three of our Danske Bank Premiership matches across November & December have been selected for BBC Sport NI’s live coverage across their streaming service and live TV.

Our trip to the Oval to face Glentoran on Saturday 7th November and the game a week later, at home to Crusaders will now be shown live on the BBC Sport NI’s website, as well as being available on the red button.

Kick-off time for both games will now be 5.30pm.

Meanwhile, the club’s first live televised game has been announced when reigning Champions Linfield come to Inver Park for the first time in the league. This game has been brought forward to Friday 11th December, with kick-off at 7.45pm.

The trip to East Belfast will be our first meeting with the Irish Cup winners since January, when a late Johnny McMurray goal gave us a 2-1 victory at Inver Park.

The encounter with Stephen Baxter’s Crusaders meanwhile, is the third meeting between the sides in 2020. The North Belfast were the last side to inflict a league defeat on the Invermen, when they won 3-0 at Seaview back in January, while the most recent meeting came at Inver Park with Larne running out 4-0 winners in the County Antrim Shield quarter-final tie.

The first two live games come in the run of a busy month of November, with Tiernan Lynch’s side due to face six games in all.
