Two goals at the end of the first half sealed a 2-0 victory for Larne away to Dungannon Swifts on Saturday afternoon.
Leroy Millar broke the deadlock on 41 minutes when he was alert to tap home after home goalkeeper Declan Dunne had saved Joe Thomson’s rasping drive.
Millar also had a big hand in the second goal, five minutes later, as he latched on to Paul O’Neill’s pass to send him clear of the defence. His shot was saved by Dunne, but it rebounded off Steven Scott and into the net.
Dungannon had chances to reduce the arrears late in the second half, but Larne held for victory to keep them four points behind league leaders Linfield.
