Larne Girls 2 – 4 Linfield Ladies Swifts
The team dominated in the first-half, having battled hard and were rewarded with a 2-1 lead at half-time, thanks to two goals from Mia O’Flaherty.
Unfortunately, the Inver Reds were dealt a number of injuries and suffered in the second half. The Blues responding with three goals to win the game 4-2.
While fighting hard to score a late goal, and having flurries in the final third, they were unable to reduce the deficit.
To their credit, it was a fantastic performance by Linfield, being supremely clinical in the second half, stopping the Inver Reds in their tracks.
Special mention to Ailise McAllister who was superb in goals, with Lucy Urwin selected as POTM by the Blues.

- Lucy Urwin (Def) – Never made a wrong step in the match, solid as a rock in defence.
- Leah Pherson (Def) – Helping Lucy at the back, putting in a great performance as ever.
- Mia O’Flaherty (Mid) – Produced two great goals, playing with enthusiasm from start to finish.
