Larne v Berlin

This was a tough game against a much bigger and physically imposing Berlin side. There were positive moments but the girls often struggled with the strength and pace of the opposition. Larne did get forward and managed to fashion some good chances. It was a tough day for the defence but Anna made some great tackles against much bigger girls.

Larne v St. Mary’s

Larne made a slow start on a cold morning and found themselves behind. The low sun proved difficult but it didn’t stop Macy Brennan from making some great saves. The girls stayed positive and played some great football. Larne continued to press in the second half and got a goal through Amber O’Toole. Towards the end of the game, Amber also got two more goals.

Larne 5-2 Carnmoney

The Larne girls played some fantastic football in this great performance. They were on the front foot from kickoff and put Carnmoney under pressure. Larne made the pressure tell with some early goals with Sophie Aiston getting a hat-trick. The goalkeeper and defence had a steady game, restricting Carnmoney to a few chances. There were more goals from Hannah and Paisleigh in the second half. New player Kacey also had a great debut and fitted well into the team.
