It’s the final game of the season for the Inver Women as they face Ballymena United under the Friday night lights at Inver Park.
Having previously played the Sky Blues away from home earlier in the season, it is now the turn of Donald Malomo-Paris’ team to count on home advantage for the 7:45pm kick-off.
TICKETS AND ENTRY
Entry at Inver Park will be priced at £3 for adults and £1 for concessions, with any academy player who displays their training wear at the match able to enter for free of charge. Supporters can pay with card or cash at the turnstiles. Supporters can find parking nearby at Riverdale and Latharna Retail Park, both of which are just a short walk from the stadium. As the men’s team travel for their away game there is to be congestion expected in and around Inver.
We would also like to remind supporters to be mindful and aware of residents who live just outside the stadium and to not block access to private properties when parking your car within this area.
The 1889 Sports and Social Club will be open from 5pm serving drinks and refreshments.
The Corran Integrated Primary School will be mascots, walking out with the Inver Reds to finish off the team’s debut season in the Sports Direct Women’s Premiership.
MATCH PREVIEW
After securing their place in the top-flight again for next season last time out, Donald Malmo-Paris’ side will be looking to end the season on a high at Inver Park knowing that their 7th place position in the table is secured.
Currently bottom of the table in 10th on 6 points, Ballymena have struggled to find form with their last win being away to Derry City in May this year. Depending on how fixtures go elsewhere in the league, Ballymena will come to Inver tonight knowing that a victory could potentially save them from relegation if luck is on their side.
