Our mascots for this one will be pupils from St MacNissi’s Primary School.

THE INVER WOMEN

Last week brought a first league win of the season for Donald Malomo-Paris’ side, as they scored an injury-time goal to win 3-2 away to Derry City. The result is a huge boost as they moved off the foot of the table.

Hollie Johnston, who scored the winner at the Brandywell, was named as the league’s player of the week. Friday’s visitors are just two points and two places ahead of Larne, coming into this one.

THE VISITORS

Mid Ulster Ladies come into this game in seventh place in the table after seven games of the season. Like the Inver Women, Mid Ulster’s solitary victory this season came against Derry City, while they have also picked up a point against Ballymena United and Lisburn Ladies.

Goals haven’t been plentiful for Friday’s visitors, having scored just three times so far this campaign.
