It’s the final game of the year for the Invermen as we welcome Linfield to Inver Park in the Sports Direct Premiership.

Kick-off is 3pm and you can find out all of the key information below.

TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets for today’s game are sold out.

With a huge crowd descending upon Inver Park for today’s game, we encourage all supporters to leave more time to get to the stadium and to arrive as early as possible to avoid congestion during entry to the stadium.

Supporters are advised to get into the stadium as early as possible to secure their favourite seats or standing areas to watch the game within their respective area of the stadium. Please be mindful that as part of the stadium is uncovered, supporters should consider wearing the appropriate clothing to remain dry in the instance of bad weather.

With the game being sold out, it is essential that you go to the stand and block that you have been allocated on your ticket with checks taking place upon entry to the stadium. Home supporters will be situated in the Clubsport NI Church End stand, the Landmark Underwriting Main Stand and the Terrace area for today’s game.

Away supporters will be situated in the P&O Ferries and Larne Port McKay Stand for the match.

1889 SPORTS AND SOCIAL CLUB

1889 Sports and Social Club will be open from 12pm, with the Celtic vs Rangers Old Firm derby shown live from 12.30pm for those wishing to enjoy a pre-match drink.

After the match, DJ Ging will be taking to the stage to provide the entertainment after the action has come to an end on the pitch at Inver Park.

CAR PARKING

Supporters are to be aware that due to limited spaces, the car park within Inver Park will not be open to supporters attending the game.

The car park at First Larne Presbyterian Church will also be closed to supporters tomorrow due to a funeral taking place. We ask that all supporters remain mindful and respectful of this when passing the entrance to the church on their way to Inver Park later on today.

For those driving to the game, parking facilities are available in nearby areas including Laharna Retail Park and Riverdale, both of which are just a short walk to the stadium.

We would also like to remind supporters to be mindful and aware of residents who live just outside the stadium and to not block access to private properties when parking your car within this area.

THE INVER REDS

With the visit of the current league leaders to Inver Park today, Tiernan Lynch’s side will be looking to continue their strong run of form in the Sports Direct Premiership.

The Invermen are unbeaten in the league since September and have won their last four in a row to leave the gap to today’s opponents at just one point at the top of the table.

After suffering a penalty shoot-out defeat to Linfield last time out in the BetMcLean Cup, Tiernan Lynch’s side will be looking to pick up all three points in the league today.

THE OPPOSITION

Linfield travel to Inver Park today on the back of a 2-0 victory over rivals Glentoran on Boxing Day.

David Healy’s side have won their last four league matches in a row since suffering defeat to Glentoran earlier this month.

In what is the third meeting of the two sides in the Sports Direct Premiership this season, Linfield will be hoping to pick up their first victory against the Invermen later on today at Inver Park to increase their lead at the top.
