It is the final game of a historic season for the Invermen as we travel to the Coleraine Showgrounds on Saturday. You can find all you need to know about the 5.30pm kick-off in our Landmark Match Guide below.
TICKETS AND TRAVEL
Tickets for Larne fans can be purchased online HERE, priced at £12 for adults and £8 for concessions. In the same arrangements as our last trip to the Showgrounds this match is segregated and Larne fans should enter the Showgrounds via the Hillman’s Way entrance. Car parking for away fans is located at the nearby Causeway Coast Vineyard Church Car Park, located off Hillman’s Way (a left turn off the Ballycastle Road).
There are a number of supporters buses travelling to this fixture. Please check the Larne FC Reds, Inver Red & Whites and Larne Northern Northern Ireland Supporters Club social media pages for the latest information on availability.
1889 SPORTS & SOCIAL CLUB
The 1889 will be open from 12noon for all supporters who want to call in before travelling to the match. For those unable to make it, the big game of the night will be shown on the screens.
OUR HOSTS
This is our second visit to the Showgrounds in five weeks, with the previous trip ending in a 0-0 draw. The Bannsiders are guaranteed to finish in 6th place as they prepare for the European play-offs at the end of the campaign.
Oran Kearney’s men are seeking their first post-split victory after defeats to Crusaders, Linfield and Glentoran coupled with an Easter draw away to Cliftonville.
THE INVER REDS
Tiernan Lynch’s side will sign off on unforgettable campaign today which saw them lift the Gibson Cup for the first time in the club’s 134-year history.
Last week’s 1-1 draw with outgoing Champions Linfield meant the Invermen have taken an impressive 10 points from a possible 12 in the post-split fixtures.
