Dec 30, 2022 | All News

Out first encounter of 2023 takes place on Monday as we travel to North Belfast to take on Cliftonville at Solitude. Kick-off in this one is 3pm, and below is all you need to know in our Landmark Match Guide.

Tickets and Travel

This is an all-ticket match and you can purchase yours HERE. Tickets are priced at £12 for adults and £8 for concessions. Please note you must register for an account and then log-in to see the tickets for this match.

Please see the Inver Red & Whites, Larne NISC or Larne Reds pages to book a place on each bus. Supporters Liaison Officer Richard Todd can also help with this process.

1889 Sports and Social Club

The 1889 will be open from 12pm for those travelling to the big game. It will also be open for those returning to Larne afterwards.

Cliftonville

The North Belfast Reds come into this game in third place, just behind Linfield on Goal Difference.

Paddy McLaughlin’s men are also just three points behind Larne, in what is shaping up to be a tight title race. Cliftonville’s last outing was their 3-0 defeat to Crusaders on Boxing Day. That brought to an end a strong run of form, which the Reds had been building towards the end of the year.

The Inver Reds

Boxing Day’s 0-0 draw at home to Carrick Rangers moved Larne a further point clear of the chasing pack at the top of the Premiership standings.

Boss Tiernan Lynch will hope to have Mark Randall and Jeff Hughes involved after missing last Monday’s game through illness, while Aaron Donnelly and Paul O’Neill are due to make their first trip back to Solitude since summer transfers.
