It’s Game Week 13 for the Inver Reds in the Sports Direct Women’s Premiership, as they travel to Solitude at 7:45PM this Friday evening. It will be a stern test against an in-form Cliftonville side, but another opportunity for the Inver Women to get experience under their belts in what has been an exciting season for the side.
ENTRY
There will be a cash gate at Solitude, with entry charged at £4 for adults and £1 for concessions.
CLIFTONVILLE LADIES
Cliftonville have been on a great form lately, securing themselves a spot in the semi-final of the Challenge Cup against Lisburn Rangers, after defeating Ballymena 8-0 in the quarter-final.
In just under a fortnight the home side will be taking on Benfica in the UEFA Women’s Champions League, as they bid to keep their hands on the Women’s Premiership title.
THE INVER WOMEN
This will be the first outing for Donald Malomo-Paris’ side after defeat against their Glentoran counterparts, leaving them in seventh place. They now head into the final six fixtures of the season with the aim of finishing as high as possible in their first season as a Premiership club.
Friday brings their first trip to Solitude, with all away support greatly appreciated as they take on one of the league’s strongest teams, who are full of international players.
