The Opposition
Niall Currie’s Carrick Rangers reached the quarter-final stage by coming from behind twice to beat Bangor on penalties in the last round. The ‘Gers will be looking to make it three wins in their past four games when they visit Inver Park on Tuesday.
The Inver Reds
Tiernan Lynch’s men put on a show on Saturday past, beating Premier Intermediate League side Dollingstown 8-1. It was the third win on the bounce for the Invermen and they will be desperate to make that four and secure Irish Cup progress.
Last Time Out
The Inver Reds came out on top the last time these two sides met back in April. A first half double from Lee Lynch and an Andrew Mitchell penalty was enough to secure all three points in the Danske Bank Premiership.
