We are pleased to confirmed our friendly in Scotland on Thursday 23rd June will be against Hamilton Accademical at New Douglas Park.
The encounter against the Scottish Championship side will form an important part of preparation for Tiernan Lynch’s men ahead of this summer’s Europa Conference League campaign.
The game will have a 1pm kick-off, to tie in with the team’s travel plans, and will be open to fans of both clubs with admission prices to be confirmed ahead of the game.
Stuart Tylor’s Accies finished last season in 6th place in the Championship, following their relegation from the top flight and will provide strong opposition for the Invermen.
Larne boss Tiernan Lynch is looking forward to the encounter.
“Hamilton will be a really good match and a really good test for us,” he said.
“They are getting ready to begin their competitive season in July and we obviously have the European games coming up as well.
“It allows us to face a good level of opposition and travel away together as a team. We want to make sure we are as prepared as we can be going into the European matches.
“We feel playing Hamilton, Dundalk and The New Saints will give us that, as well as almost four weeks training together before the Conference League games come around.”
