Larne Ladies are delighted to announce the signing of Goalkeeper Leanne Glass. The shot stopper joins from fellow County Antrim side Chimney Corner, having previously spent three seasons at Ballymena United.

Last season saw Leanne have her campaign cut short due to injury which she sustained against the Inver Women.

Speaking on the move Glass said: “I’m very excited to be joining Larne this season. My last two seasons ended in quite bad injuries and I decided that I was done with football all together.

“Larne reached out to me and I decided to give it another go. I’ve seen the progression that Larne have made over the past two seasons which has been next to none.

“Larne have a brilliant set up with great coaches, management staff and facilities. I’m very excited to see what the new season and new team holds.”

Larne Ladies would like to take this opportunity to welcome Leanne to the club and we look forward to seeing her in action for the forthcoming season.
