We are delighted to announce the addition of Gavin Clements to the club’s board of directors.
Gavin (pictured with Conor Devlin) previously worked as the club’s Commercial Director and joins the board with a wealth of experience in the marketing and communications industry.
During Gavin’s time in post, the club’s marketing campaign during the Irish Cup run to the semi-finals in 2018 was recognised by the borough’s Business Awards, winning the best use of Social Media award
Chairman Gareth Clements is delighted to welcome Gavin on board, saying: “Having interviewed Gavin originally, when he came on board in 2018 we know all about the strengths he brings to the club.
“His personality is infectious and he returns to the club having made many friends during his time in employment here.
“He is the ideal person to help nurture and encourage the young marketing talent already at the club and we are delighted to have him working alongside the rest of the directors, helping to implement our vision for the club.
“Each director at the club brings a knowledge in their particular area of responsibility and Gavin will fit in with that very well.
“We have known Gavin for the last years and he brings vision, edge, enthusiasm and that little bit of mischief, as we strive to continue to take the club to the next level.”
