Larne Women are delighted to welcome two new signings to Inver Park, ahead of the transfer window closing tonight.
Erin Montgomery joins the squad from Lisburn Rangers, a forward who will be familiar with the Premiership having spent five years at Cliftonville, working her way from the under-17s to first team squad.
Erin also currently plays for the Northern Ireland under-19s, having risen through the under-15 and under-17 teams.
Also joining the Inver Women is Bernadette Ferreria, having also previously played for Cliftonville.
Before her stint in North Belfast the striker was in Portugal for four months in 2022 at Sporting Lisbon, with time spent at the Sion Swifts Academy before this.
On the new signings, Director of Women’s football, William Noble had this to say:
“After a solid start to the season, we have worked hard to identify individuals who can come into the team and help build on our performances so far and to help secure our place in the Premiership next season.
“Both players will add physical and technical ability and give us a creative edge, which will hopefully return more points as the season goes on.
“We have watched both players and know of their abilities and feel that their personalities will be a great fit in our team.”
Next up for the senior squad is a trip to Lisburn Ladies, in the Sports Direct Premiership, this Friday.
