We are excited to announce Donald Malomo-Paris as the Head Coach of our women’s first team, with the appointment coming as part of a wider restructure of the senior coaching team.
Malomo-Paris arrives at Inver Park as a UEFA Pro Licence holder with a wealth of coaching experience which includes roles domestically at the Irish FA, TW Braga, Lisburn Distillery, Glenavon, alongside prior coaching roles in the Nigerian National League.
The club’s wider restructure will see William Noble remain as Director of Women’s Football, while Helen McKenna will be Assistant Coach at first team level. Amanda Morton will continue as Girls’ Academy Director, combined with her playing role within the first team squad.
Ben Tilney has stepped down from his first team coaching position in order to place greater focus on his work and playing commitments. The club would like to thank Ben for his efforts in helping prepare the squad for the Women’s Premiership and wish him the very best of luck with his future endeavours.
Tommy Elliott has also taken a step back from his role as Olympic Manager to pursue opportunities elsewhere. The club would again like to thank Tommy for his work with our U17 and senior sides and will be seeking to appoint a new Olympic Manager in the coming days.
Our Women’s Premiership campaign begins on Sunday 23rd April when the Inver Women travel to Melvin Sports Complex, taking on Sion Swifts Ladies at 2pm. Malomo-Paris’ side will play their first home game on Friday 28th April, welcoming Lisburn Ladies to Inver Park for a 7.45pm kick-off.
