Cup Tie Matchday Guide

Feb 1, 2019 | Archive

IT is a big Tennent’s Irish Cup day in the town with Larne hosting Crumlin Star at Inver Park a 3pm and Larne Tech OB playing Strabane Athletic at Dennis Harvey Park at 1.30pm.

A large crowd is expected at Inver Park tomorrow, and as always we would ask that all supporters leave adequate time to get to Inver Park, park your car and make your way through the turnstiles in order to ease last minute congestion.

FREE SHUTTLE BUS

If you will be attending the Larne Tech OB v. Strabane Athletic tie, then please consider using our free shuttle bus. This will be the easiest way of getting from one ground to the other.

This will run from 2.45pm to 3.30pm and will pick up supporters from the Upper Cairncastle Road.

PARKING

We would urge all supporters who will be making their way to Inver Park by car to park their vehicles legally, without causing an obstruction and with consideration for our neighbours. Please do not block driveways or obstruct nearby residential properties.

There are public car parks at Riverdale and in front of Larne and Inver Primary School. The First Larne Presbyterian Church Car Park will also be open which can be used for a small donation to charity.

However, supporters are advised that the car park at the Cenotaph will be CLOSED tomorrow.

ADMISSION

It’s a Tennent’s Irish Cup match and as gate receipts are shared between the two competing clubs, Season Tickets and passes are not valid. Admission will be charged at £10 and £5.

AWAY SUPPORTERS

Crumlin Star supporters will be accommodated in the Church End of the ground, and should enter via the Church Lane turnstiles.
