Tomas Cosgrove and Sean Graham scored a goal apiece early in each half as Larne won 2-0 at Shamrock Park despite playing with 10 men for an hour away to Portadown.
Tomas Cosgrove capitalise on a home mix-up to round the goalkeeper and makes it 1-0 after just eight minutes.
Despite dominating Larne were reduced to 10 men when Kevin O’Hara was sent off for a high boot in the middle of the park.
However, Gary Haveron’s men went on to make it 2-0 on 55 minutes when substitute Matty Lusty slipped Sean Graham in to calmly fire home and make the points safe.
