We are delighted to announce our annual Carol Service will take place this year on Monday 16th December at 7pm.
For the first time, this year’s Carol Service will take place in the newly-refurbished Genovate Power Solutions Lounge, with our carols again accompanied by the 1st Larne BB Old Boys Silver Band.
We’ll also have special music on the night, provided by the very talented Music Yard and some other members of the local community.
As always there will be tea, coffee and festive treats available afterwards for everyone in attendance. The event is free and the Lounge will be open from 6.30pm.
Club Chaplain Rev Ian Cahoon will lead the event. He said: “Our annual Carol Service has become a real highlight in my role as Chaplain.
“The last number of years have been a very special time together both as we enjoyed the carols and sometime together afterwards.
“At a busy time of year, it also offers us an opportunity to think about what Christmas is really all about. We’re also looking forward to having our Academy Chaplain, Pastor John Fitzsimmons involved this year as well as our Women’s and Girls Chaplain Joanne Fitzsimmons.
“The 1st Larne BB Old Boys Silver Band have been a brilliant accompaniment for our Carols each time we’ve run this event and it promises to be another great night for the whole family.”
