WE can confirm four senior players have left the club upon the expiry of their contract, including club captain Cian Bolger.
Former Leicester City, Fleetwood and Northampton defender Cian arrived at the club in the summer 2021, just ahead of our maiden campaign in Europe.
He immediately established himself at the heart of the defence, with the Dublin native going on to become a colossus at the back and helping to drive the club to success on domestic and European fronts.
During his time at Inver Park, Cian lifted two Gibson Cup trophies, the second as club captain, and also has three County Antrim Shields to his name as well as skippering the side to qualification to the League Phase of the Conference League in 2024.
Injury ruled him out of the entirety of the 2025/26 campaign and he now moves on after his contract expired.
Also moving on at the end of his contract is fellow defender Ryan Nolan. The former Inter Milan trainee arrived in 2024, spending the next two seasons at Inver Park.
The defender proved his worth during his first season, helping to drive the club on to European qualification at the end of the 2024/25 season and playing an important role in sealing the Gibson Cup a season later.
Kobei Moore will also be moving on, with the striker having moved to Inver Park following his departure from Aston Villa.
Kobei made his debut for the club against Prishtina in the Conference League qualifiers and would go on to spend the second half of the season on loan with Irish Cup finalists Dungannon Swifts.
Also leaving Inver Park, is young striker Jack Hastings. The Larne native moves on having come through the Scholarship programme and joining up with the senior squad on a number of occasions.
During his time at the club, he has also enjoyed loan spells at Carrick Rangers, Annagh United and Armagh City.
Manager Gary Haveron paid tribute to all four departing players.
“It’s never easy to see players move on, because they become part of the family while they are here.
“Each one of them gave everything while they were here and they go with our very best wishes.
“Cian Bolger was a rock for this club, bringing his experience, quality and knowhow to the table every time he pulled on a Larne shirt.
“It’s no coincidence that we enjoyed the success we did while he was here and the way he helped to drag us over the line at the end of the 2024/25 season to clinch European qualification typified the player and the man he is.
“Ryan also goes with our very best wishes. He gave his all when called upon and that was unwavering throughout his two years at the club.
“He is a proper defender who puts his body on the line and we benefited from that so often during his time with us.
“Kobei is another player who fitted into the group so well and gave his all. I have no doubt that his time both with us and Dungannon with really stand him in good stead as he settles into the senior game, wherever his next step takes him.
“We believe Jack’s development has been enhanced during his time at the club.
“We hope Larne has given him a really good grounding in the game and the platform to be a success for both next season and beyond.”
